From November 1, 2015 was introduced a tourist tax of 1.20 € per person per night. They are exempt children under 14 years (old). The fee is charged for the first 10 nights.
The prices include:breakfast service, bed linen / towels, consumption
daily maid service, satellite TV, Free WiFi, bikes, the parking outside the agritur, participation in the life of the farm and stables.
Children reductions:
0/2 years free of charge including breakfast. For any cot or crib you are required 10 euro per day. Lunch and dinner will be charged according to consumption.
3/7 years 40% reduction
8/12 years 25% reduction
Guests staying in apartments
For families with at least 2 paying children prices remain unchanged. Otherwise, it is always required a minimum of 3-4 adult shares, according to the apartment available.
Arrivals and departures
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure and will be available after 14.00 hours on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 18:30 you need to notify us in advance.
Confirmation
The booking will be final upon receipt of deposit of 30% of the total. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer and indicated the reason for your call and your travel dates. The coordinates are as follows:

Pets! You are welcome at our hotel. We ask, however, to be educated and quiet. Free access on a farm and in the restaurant. Contribution extra cleaning € 15,00 for the entire stay.
